Course References and Materials
Students should bring a financial calculator (preferably HP 12C) and be personally familiar with its basic functions and use. A student manual is provided for each RCI course, but the student may also desire to obtain the primary source text for the real estate appraisal courses, which is The Appraisal of Real Estate, 13th Edition, published by the Appraisal Institute.
This outstanding, authoritative text will not only assist the student in attaining the maximum benefit from the appraisal course, it will also serve as a valuable reference in the profession for years to come. Students may want to acquire the text and read the referenced chapters, (identified by specific subject matter )prior to the course. When ordering, it is advised to allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Ray Camp, Inc., Russellville, AR:This facility is located half mile north of the House of Praise Church. On Hwy # 7, 3.1 miles north of I-40 and Exit 81 on west side of the highway. Reservations for local lodging are available at the Hampton in Russellville (1-800-Hampton), Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites (1-800-228-2800), or the Best Western Inn. A number of excellent restaurants and other hotels are also available in the area.
Springdale, AR:Actual course location of the offering is to be announced on the webpage for the sponsoring Northwest Arkansas Appraisal Section site, found at www.nwaas.org. Last reference was United Bank, 2600 S. Thompson, Springdale, AR 72767. You should confirm that location.
Jonesboro, AR:Holiday Inn and Conference Center located at 3006 Caraway Road.

Administrative Details
You can register on line by clicking on the 'Registation' tab and following the directions or you may choose to print the registration form located on the registration page and then fax your completed registration to 479-968-2853. The entire course must be completed for any course credit. Refunds, less a fee of $35 is available for cancellations that are received 3 days prior to course. A total refund may be also available in the event of emergencies or illness. Rescheduling or alternate course selection may also be possible. RCI is not responsible for travel expense should the course be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control. Seating and/or materials are not guaranteed for late registrations, or at-the-door show-ups. Full course attendance and a successful exam completion is required to obtain education credit for any qualifying courses.
